Common questions
Will I lose my data when beta ends?
No. Your prompts, collections, templates, and version history carry forward to any plan. We will never delete your data because a pricing tier changed.
Do I need to pay for AI model access?
Promptmark uses BYOK (Bring Your Own Key). You connect your own OpenRouter API key for multi-model testing. You pay OpenRouter directly — Promptmark does not mark up those costs.
What happens if I don't upgrade to Pro?
The core workflow — creating, organizing, and versioning prompts — will always have a free option. We'll give advance notice before any changes.
Is my data private?
Yes. Every user gets their own isolated SQLite database. Your prompts are not stored in a shared table. Nothing is used for training. Prompts are private by default.
